THE CLUB 90 SERIES PRESENTED BY ON TILT

OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR PARTICIPATE.

Participation in The Club 90 Series Presented by On Tilt and its associated poker tournaments (collectively, the “Series”) is subject to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”).

By registering for or participating in the Series, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATION

The Club 90 Series is presented and administered by On Tilt Poker (“On Tilt” or “Sponsor”) in conjunction with Club 90.

On Tilt Poker and Club 90 are independent of and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the World Series of Poker®, WSOP®, Caesars Entertainment, or their respective affiliates.

2. FREE ENTRY – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Registration and participation in the Series are FREE.

No purchase, entry fee, membership fee, donation, tip, food or beverage purchase, or other payment is required to:

  • Register for the Series;
  • Participate in a Series tournament;
  • Earn Series points;
  • Qualify for the Series Championship Tournament; or
  • Become eligible to receive the Prize Package.

Making a purchase, payment, donation, or tip of any kind does not increase a participant’s chances of qualifying for or winning the Prize Package.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must:

  • Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
  • Satisfy all lawful age and identification requirements of Club 90 and any other participating venue;
  • Provide valid government-issued identification upon request;
  • Comply with these Official Rules and applicable venue rules; and
  • Be legally eligible to participate in the designated WSOP event if awarded the Prize Package.

The Series is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. REGISTRATION

Registration for the Series is free.

Players must register with On Tilt in the manner designated by Sponsor.

Each participant may register only in his or her own name. Entries, points, tournament positions, qualifications, and other Series benefits may not be sold, transferred, assigned, combined, or otherwise conveyed to another person.

Sponsor may require reasonable verification of a participant’s identity before awarding points, qualification, advancement, or the Prize Package.

5. WEEKLY SERIES TOURNAMENTS AND POINTS

Participants earn Series points based upon their participation and performance in designated Club 90 Series tournaments during the announced qualifying season.

The applicable points schedule will be published or otherwise made available to participants.

A participant’s final Series standing will be determined by the participant’s combined qualifying weekly scores, excluding the participant’s single lowest weekly score during the Series.

Accordingly, each participant will receive one dropped weekly score when calculating the participant’s final Series point total.

If a participant misses a scheduled Series tournament and receives a score of zero for that week under the published scoring system, that zero may constitute the participant’s dropped weekly score.

After the single lowest weekly score has been dropped, all remaining applicable weekly scores will count toward the participant’s final Series standing.

Sponsor will maintain the official Series standings. Participants are responsible for promptly notifying Sponsor of any suspected scoring error.

6. QUALIFICATION FOR THE SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT

Participants who qualify under the published Series point structure will advance to the Club 90 Series Championship Tournament.

Qualification for the Championship Tournament has no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, substituted, or exchanged.

The winner of the Championship Tournament will become the potential Prize Package recipient, subject to verification of eligibility and satisfaction of all requirements contained in these Official Rules.

Winning the Championship Tournament alone does not entitle the winner to receive a cash equivalent of the Prize Package.

7. PRIZE PACKAGE

Subject to all requirements of these Official Rules, the Prize Package consists of:

A. WSOP Mini Main Event Entry

One tournament entry into the designated World Series of Poker Mini Main Event selected by Sponsor.

B. Travel and Lodging

Up to $1,500 toward approved hotel and travel expenses reasonably associated with the winner’s attendance at the designated WSOP Mini Main Event.

The $1,500 travel and lodging amount represents a maximum benefit and is not automatically payable to the winner as cash.

Sponsor may book or pay approved travel and lodging expenses directly or may reimburse the winner for approved expenses upon submission of receipts or other reasonable documentation, at Sponsor’s discretion.

Any expenses exceeding the $1,500 maximum are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Unless specifically approved by Sponsor, the travel and lodging benefit does not include meals, entertainment, gambling expenses, additional poker tournament entries, hotel incidentals, upgrades, companion expenses, or other personal expenses.

Any unused portion of the $1,500 travel and lodging benefit is forfeited and will not be paid to the winner in cash.

8. ATTENDANCE AND PARTICIPATION REQUIRED TO RECEIVE PRIZE PACKAGE

THE PRIZE PACKAGE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON THE WINNER PERSONALLY ATTENDING, REGISTERING FOR, AND PARTICIPATING IN THE DESIGNATED WSOP MINI MAIN EVENT.

The winner must be available to travel to the applicable WSOP host location and must personally register for, appear at, and participate in the designated Mini Main Event on the date or starting flight specified or approved by Sponsor.

The Prize Package is intended to provide the qualifying winner with the opportunity to participate in the designated WSOP Mini Main Event. It is not a cash prize.

Winning the Club 90 Series Championship Tournament does not create a right to receive the cash value or approximate retail value of the Prize Package.

If the winner:

  • Elects not to attend the designated event;
  • Is unable to attend for any reason;
  • Fails to register for the designated Mini Main Event;
  • Fails to appear and participate as required;
  • Is legally ineligible to participate;
  • Is denied entry or participation by WSOP or the applicable host property;
  • Fails to provide required identification or documentation; or
  • Otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules,

the winner forfeits the entire Prize Package.

No cash payment, substitute prize, reimbursement, credit, or other compensation will be owed to the winner as a result of such forfeiture.

Sponsor may, but is not obligated to, award the Prize Package to an alternate eligible participant in accordance with a procedure determined and announced by Sponsor.

9. PRIZE PACKAGE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH

The WSOP tournament entry is intended solely for the qualifying winner.

The Prize Package, qualification, and tournament entry may not be sold, transferred, assigned, auctioned, gifted, substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash by the winner.

If the winner does not use the tournament entry for the designated WSOP Mini Main Event, the tournament-entry portion of the Prize Package is forfeited.

Unused travel or lodging benefits will not be paid to the winner.

10. WSOP ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

The winner is independently responsible for satisfying all requirements imposed by WSOP, the applicable host property, and any applicable regulatory authority.

These requirements may include age, identification, registration, account, eligibility, security, conduct, and tournament requirements.

The winner agrees to comply with the official tournament rules applicable to the designated WSOP Mini Main Event.

On Tilt and Club 90 do not control WSOP tournament schedules, structures, eligibility requirements, venue requirements, postponements, cancellations, registration procedures, or rule changes.

11. TRAVEL

The winner is responsible for ensuring that he or she possesses all identification and documentation necessary to travel and participate in the designated event.

Except for the travel and lodging benefit expressly included in the Prize Package, all additional costs and expenses are the winner’s responsibility.

Sponsor is not responsible for missed flights, transportation delays, cancellations, lost luggage, illness, inability to travel, failure to obtain required identification, or other circumstances preventing the winner from attending or participating in the designated event.

Failure to attend and participate in the designated Mini Main Event results in forfeiture of the Prize Package as provided in Section 8.

12. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving or using the Prize Package or any winnings subsequently earned through participation in the WSOP Mini Main Event.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete applicable tax documentation before providing any portion of the Prize Package.

Any poker winnings earned by the winner at the WSOP Mini Main Event belong to the winner, subject to applicable taxes, withholding requirements, and WSOP rules.

13. PLAYER CONDUCT AND SERIES INTEGRITY

Participants must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the integrity of the Series and comply with the rules and policies of Club 90 and On Tilt.

Cheating, collusion, falsification of results, manipulation of points, use of duplicate identities, intentional disruption of a tournament, harassment, or other fraudulent or abusive conduct may result in disqualification from the Series.

Sponsor may correct clerical, mathematical, reporting, or scoring errors when reasonably necessary to maintain accurate Series standings.

14. SCHEDULE, FORMAT, OR EVENT CHANGES

Series tournament dates, times, locations, structures, starting stacks, blind structures, point calculations, and other operational details may be changed when reasonably necessary because of venue availability, weather, technical problems, scheduling conflicts, circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to participants.

If the designated WSOP Mini Main Event is canceled, materially changed, unavailable, or cannot reasonably be provided, Sponsor may substitute a reasonably comparable poker-event entry or alternative prize permitted by applicable law.

15. SERIES ADMINISTRATION AND DECISIONS

Sponsor will administer the Series and resolve tournament, scoring, qualification, eligibility, and administrative questions not expressly addressed by these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Series will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing contained in these Official Rules waives any legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree that On Tilt Poker, Club 90, participating venues, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents are not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, cancellations, travel disruptions, or expenses arising from participation in the Series or travel to or participation in the designated WSOP event, except to the extent resulting from conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The potential winner may be required to execute reasonable eligibility, liability, tax, travel, prize-acceptance, or other documentation before receiving the Prize Package.

17. PUBLICITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor may photograph or record Series tournaments and events.

Participants acknowledge that their name, photograph, video, tournament results, and likeness may be used for legitimate Series-related publicity, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes, subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.

18. WORLD SERIES OF POKER DISCLAIMER

THE CLUB 90 SERIES, ON TILT POKER, AND CLUB 90 ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, SPONSORED BY, ENDORSED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE WORLD SERIES OF POKER®, WSOP®, CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATES.
