On Tilt Poker Tour

Privacy Policy for OnTilt Poker

Effective date: October 22, 2026

On Tilt Poker, also known as On Tilt Poker Tour ("On Tilt," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the OnTilt Poker Android app, package name com.ontilt.app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and the OnTiltPokerUtah.com pages and forms available through it. The app and tour are intended for adults age 21 and older.

1 Information you provide

You can browse the app without creating an On Tilt account. Registering for an event does not create an app login account.

The Club 90 Series registration form collects your first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and confirmation that you meet the age requirement and agree to the event terms. We use this information to register participants, verify eligibility, administer the series, and communicate about participation and event changes. The form is provided through Google Forms. Information you submit is received by On Tilt and processed through Google, even when the form appears inside the app.

The website contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, and message. We use those details to respond to your inquiry and handle related requests. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through this form.

If a website form offers a file upload and you choose to use it, the selected file and its contents are sent to that form's provider and recipient. The app does not scan your files or automatically upload your photo library. Information you enter into a third-party form is not stored in a separate native app registration database.

2 Information stored on your phone

The app stores your reminder choices, selected days and times, notification preferences, and website-change detection settings in its private storage. It also stores short digital fingerprints of public website content so it can recognize changes. These fingerprints describe website content, not your personal browsing activity. The app does not send your reminder settings or these fingerprints to an On Tilt notification server.

Website pages displayed in the app may store cookies, cached pages, and browser storage on your device to support their features. The app blocks third-party cookies within its embedded browser, but this does not prevent every form of website storage or technical information processing. External browsers and apps have their own settings.

The app does not request access to your contacts, GPS location, camera, microphone, or your entire device storage. If you select a file using Android's picker, access is limited to the file you choose.

3 Website requests and technical information

When the app loads an online page, image, form, or other resource, the receiving website or service receives technical information needed to deliver it. This can include your IP address, browser and operating system information, requested address, referring page where supplied, and request time. Website hosting, form, security, and content providers may retain technical logs and process this information to deliver content, protect their services, and diagnose problems. An IP address can indicate a general area; the app does not obtain your GPS location.

If you enable website update notifications, the app periodically requests the public home, schedule, and series pages, including while the app is not open. These requests expose normal connection information to the website and its providers. The comparison happens on your phone. Disabling website updates stops these scheduled checks.

Our native app code does not include an advertising SDK, an analytics SDK, advertising identifier tracking, or a separate crash-reporting SDK. The online features still process the information described above.

4 How we use and disclose information

We use information to provide website content, process event registrations, verify age and eligibility, communicate about events and inquiries, maintain standings, administer prizes, protect the service, and comply with applicable requirements. Reminder and website-update preferences are used to provide the alerts you choose. We do not sell your personal information or use the native app to serve personalized advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers that support these functions. These include Google for Google Forms and related response storage, and Landingsite.ai for website and contact-form functions. Website content providers, including Font Awesome, receive technical request information when their resources load. Authorized tour administrators and event or venue personnel may receive the information needed to administer participation, eligibility, standings, or prizes. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, or protect legal rights and safety.

Player names, scores, finishing positions, and standings may be published on the website and displayed in the app as part of tournament administration. Date of birth, email address, and phone number are not part of the public standings. Event photographs or video may also be displayed on our website, app, or social pages in accordance with event terms and any consent required by law. Contact us to raise a privacy concern or request review of a particular publication.

5 Other websites and services

The app can display Google Forms and website features, or open maps, Facebook, Instagram, and other services in your browser or another app. Those providers handle information under their own policies and your choices with them. For example, signing in to Google to save form progress is a Google feature; On Tilt does not receive your Google password through the app.

These links explain the providers' practices and do not replace our responsibility for information we collect or use through our own service.

6 Notifications and your choices

Game reminders and website updates are optional and start turned off. Where required, Android asks for notification permission when you enable an alert option. You can change or turn off alerts in the app's Reminders & alerts screen or in Android's notification settings. You can continue browsing without allowing notifications.

Game reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. Website update alerts rely on periodic checks rather than an owner-controlled push notification account. We do not upload your phone number or registration details to deliver these local alerts.

7 Security

The app uses HTTPS for its website requests and does not bypass invalid security certificates. Local preferences are stored within Android's app storage, and the app disables Android's standard app backup setting. We limit access to private registration and contact records to authorized administrators and providers who need it for the purposes described here. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8 Retention and deletion

Local settings, content fingerprints, and embedded-browser storage remain on your phone until they are replaced, cleared, or removed with the app's data. You can delete them through Android Settings > Apps > OnTilt Poker > Storage > Clear storage or Clear data. Uninstalling the app also removes its app storage. This does not delete information previously submitted online.

We retain registration and event administration information while needed to administer the applicable series or event, verify participation and prizes, and resolve related questions or disputes. Contact messages are retained while needed to respond to the inquiry and handle related follow-up. Public results and standings may be retained as an event history. We do not keep personal information longer than needed for these purposes, except where retention is necessary for a legal obligation, security matter, or legal claim. Service providers may retain technical logs and other records under their own applicable retention rules.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by On Tilt, use https://www.ontiltpokerutah.com/contact and identify your message as a "Privacy request." Tell us the request and enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing a record. We will delete or anonymize information no longer needed, subject to applicable requirements. If we must retain particular information, we will explain the reason when responding. Removing the app alone does not submit a deletion request to us or delete information Google or another provider holds independently.

9 Age restrictions and privacy rights

OnTilt Poker is intended for adults age 21 and older and is not directed to children. Event registration requires age eligibility confirmation and date of birth. If you believe someone under 21 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the submission and remove information where appropriate.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. You can submit a request using the contact method below. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

10 Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features or information practices change. The updated policy will show a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
